FAQ

Your appliance is equipped with a temperature indicator, when the light turns into green, it means the beer is at optimum temperature and ready to be served.
Yes. If you've got a keg in your appliance it needs to be kept switched on to maintain the correct pressure.
Cooling off the beer to a temperature of 2 °C inside your appliance takes around 10 hours if the keg and the appliance are at room temperature (22 °C). This time may be reduced by several hours if the keg has been pre-chilled in the refrigerator. We recommend that you pre-chill your keg for at least 6 hours in the fridge before installing it in your machine.
Pouring before the keg is fully chilled will produce a lot of foam. We don't recommend it.
YES, 4 and 5-litre kegs that have already been tapped should be stored in your refrigerator for up to 30 days after tapping. Tapped 2-litre kegs should not be stored in the refrigerator.
Unplug your product before cleaning and dry both the exterior and interior with a soft cloth or sponge.
Clean the recovery tank after every use with hot, soapy water.
Do not immerse the product in water.
The use of harsh detergents can damage your system.
It is normal to hear a noise after closing the door or when pulling a drink. This noise corresponds to the activation of a pump for pressurising the keg. The pump turns on upon insertion of a keg, each time it is used and once every half hour to maintain the pressurised beer.
It could be due to several causes:
• It is the first glass tapped: the tube that transport the beer to the spout is filled with gas and not yet with beer.
• The keg is not at the right temperature.
• The server doesn't draw the beer correctly: The tap handle should be opened quickly and completely when drawing beer. Hold the glass under the spout, at 45 degrees. Rinse the glass with water before drawing a beer.
Possible reasons are:
• The beer tube is not fully inserted in the keg.
• The beer tube is not well placed inside the tap head of the appliance.
• The beer tube is pinched.
• The keg is empty.
Yes, the first glass from the keg contains primarily foam that may be discarded. However, if the amount of foam in the subsequent glasses is the same, it is possible the keg is not cold enough.
The machine is operating and the keg is in the process of cooling.
A little condensation is normal; this is connected with the difference in temperature.
Dry the refrigeration chamber thoroughly when exchanging kegs.
If you have used all 10 tubes that were provided with your machine, you may order new tubes from the website www.beerwulf.com.
Remember to keep extra tubes on hand so you may continue using your machine between the moment your order is received and the moment your new tubes are delivered.
You may store a “Compatible BeerTender” keg (not tapped) at room temperature until the end of the month indicated in the expiration date on the side of the keg. Once tapped, the keg may be stored for 30 days at a temperature between 5 and 8 degrees.
No, only the model B95 offers three temperature settings of 2, 4 or 6°C
This is perfectly normal.
The product will adjust the temperature to keep your beer perfectly chilled.
During this process it will make noise.

Yes, they're made of PET (2 & 4 litres) or of steel (5 litres) which is widely recycled in most places. Check with your local recycling guidelines to be sure.
The number of servings depends on the size of the keg and the size of the glass, which varies from country to country. For a 25cl glass, you could get 4 servings with one litre of beer.
Only 5-litre kegs can be used without a machine.
Two litre kegs can be kept inside the appliance for 15 days after opening, 4 and 5 litre kegs can be kept for 1 month.
Keep your keg in a cool dark place. If there's room in your fridge, keep a spare keg chilled and ready to use.
No. Beer is not a product that fares well when exposed to below 0 degrees and its quality would also deteriorate. You would also risk the keg leaking.
Only the kegs on www.beerwulf.com are compatible with our machines.
There are two ways:
• In the beer dispenser (if the keg and dispenser are at room temperature of 20 °C, it will take approximately 15 hours to chill a keg of 4 or 5 litres to 4 °C, and around 10 hours to chill a keg of 2 litres to 2°C)
• or in the refrigerator (between 8 and 12 hours, depending on the cooling capacity of the refrigerator and keg size).
Yes, if a 220-240V socket is available.
Yes, over reasonable distances and as long as the transport does not incur high variations in altitude and therefore too much pressure. Nevertheless, once at your destination, it is better to let it rest a few minutes before use. As the beer may have been shaken about, you must let the foam settle back down.

Please note, the keg is not transportable by plane, because of the significant variation in altitude and therefore pressure.
The ideal storage temperature is between 5 and 8 degrees. Like all other beer kegs, do not allow the kegs to be exposed to temperatures exceeding 30 degrees.
Empty kegs can be thrown away with other household rubbish. However, be sure to respect the sorting criteria specific to your local authority.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
