Ingredients
- 2 x 50 ml espressi
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop of coffee ice-cream
- 250 ml milk
- 5 speculoos (a Dutch spiced shortbread biscuit)
Preparation
- Pour the 2 espressi and allow them to cool.
- Pour the cold espressi into your blender, add the ice cream, milk and speculoos.
- Mix for 15 to 20 seconds and pour into your glass. Serve with a straw.
